Joseph M. Manko and Brenda Hustis Gotanda will be part of a group of speakers at the Thursday, August 5th PBI program entitled "A Day on Real Estate." Manko and Gotanda's presentation is entitled: "Green Building Update: Managing the New Risks" and is intended to give attendees an overview of green building as well as describing the latest developments in LEED rating systems and discussing the key legal issues presented in the construction and operation of green buildings.
