teamID 0 not found in team table Biography:Meredith DuBarry Huston has experience advising clients on issues related to litigation, including class actions, toxic tort claims, challenges to agency action, cost recovery actions, and actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act ("CERCLA") and other federal and state environmental laws. In addition to litigation, Meredith has advised clients on a range of environmental matters, including regulatory compliance with federal and state regimes. Her experience includes:
Prior to joining the firm, Meredith served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas N. O’Neill, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In law school, Meredith was articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law, where she authored Comment, "Wartime Environmental Damages: Financing the Cleanup," 23 U. Pa. J. Int’l Econ. L. 899 (2002). She also served as an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor. Education and Certifications:
