Jill Hyman Kaplan and Michael C. Nines of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP, Presented "Managing Risk During EHS Auditing - The Attorney-Client Privilege" - 2011 Auditing Roundtable

Philadelphia, PA (September 7, 2011) – Jill Hyman Kaplan, a partner with the environmental and energy law firm of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP ("MGKF") and MGKF technical consultant, Michael C. Nines, P.E., LEED AP, participated in a recent program at the 2011 Fall National Meeting of the Auditing Roundtable entitled "Managing Risk During EHS Auditing - The Attorney-Client Privilege." Held on September 7-9, 2011, Kaplan and Nines presented on September 7th and focused on many details about the performance of an audit under attorney-client privilege. They also reviewed key elements of EPA's and certain State's audit policies.
