John Gullace of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP to Speak on Environmental and Energy Regulation

Philadelphia, PA (August 3, 2009) – John Gullace, a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, energy and land use law firm, will address attorneys on recent legal developments at the Montgomery Bar Association's CLE seminar, "Watts New in Energy Law, Policy and Conservation." The half-day seminar will be held on Wednesday, August 12 at the Montgomery County Bar Association's building in Norristown, Pa.

Gullace and other speakers will cover topics including legal updates; national and state energy laws and policies; financial incentives for energy conservation and alternative energy; high performance buildings and associated regulatory initiatives; and ethics.
