Bridget L. Dorfman of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP to Speak on Wetlands and Sensitive Water Areas

Philadelphia, PA (June 12, 2009) – Bridget L. Dorfman, an associate with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), will present "Wetlands and Sensitive Water Areas" at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI) seminar, "Environmental Issues in Real Estate and Business Transactions" on Wednesday, June 17. The seminar will take place at the CLE Conference Center at the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia.

Dorfman will advise real estate attorneys on the basics of wetlands law. She will touch upon the legal basis for wetlands regulation and provide tips for managing wetlands issues in real estate transactions.
