Bart Cassidy of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP to Speak on Renewable Energy

Philadelphia, PA (January 12, 2009) – Bart Cassidy, a partner with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, energy and land use law firm, will speak on "Getting Renewable Projects Built: Overcoming the Barriers, Avoiding and Resolving Opposition and Disputes," during the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and the American Bar Association SEER Section's Renewable Energy Teleconference Series on Wednesday, January 21. This 90-minute teleconference will take place at 12 p.m. EST and has been upgraded to a webinar format.
