Michael C. Gross Named Partner at Environmental Law Firm Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP

Philadelphia, PA (January 8, 2008) – Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP (MGKF), an environmental, energy and land use law firm in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., announced that attorney Michael C. Gross has been named partner. Gross, who began his career as a summer associate at MGKF in 1999, focuses his practice on brownfields redevelopment, transactional and regulatory compliance matters. He also has substantial environmental litigation experience, representing clients in civil enforcement actions, environmental insurance policy disputes, cost recovery actions and "toxic tort" matters.
